| Drill a 1/8" hole |

Drill a 1/8” hole into the center of each chair leg.

| Insert a wood screw |
|
|
Insert a wood screw through the glide cup and screw the glide cup to the chair leg using a screwdriver.

| Remove the Backing |
|
|
Remove the backing from one side of the double-sided adhesive foam.
|
| Affix the Foam |
|
|
Affix the foam to your new Forever Glide.
|
| Remove the remaining adhesive backing |
|
|
Remove the remaining adhesive backing from the foam and press the glide into the cup on the chair frame.

| Repeat |
|
|
Repeat for the remaining chair legs.
