The ForeverGlide system for cast furniture consists of four parts:

• Rivet
• Foam
• Cup
• Glide

Remove the existing glides from your cast furniture chair legs.

Insert the plastic rivet into the hole in the plastic ForeverGlide cup.

Place the plastic cup and rivet directly over the hole in the chair leg and press into place.

Remove the backing from one side of the double-sided adhesive foam.

Affix the foam to your new ForeverGlide.

Remove the remaining adhesive backing from the foam and press the glide into the cup on the chair frame.

Repeat for the remaining chair legs.
